Open Question: How flexible are doctors when it comes to anxiety medication?

Yves try and self-medication for some time, I cannot seem to overcome my fears, social anxiety, worry that with the help, and paranoia. She would not IM just want to recreation? Also when you anti-anxiety drugs, you have them every morning?
